The Phoenix Method

Open yourself to change and spread your wings for a new flight!
In life, we inevitably face experiences that change us – relationship crises, loss, emotional turmoil, disappointment, or prolonged stress. If these experiences remain unprocessed, they can become subconscious emotional patterns and programmes that influence our decisions, relationships, and well-being.
My medical background, along with the knowledge gained from the 400-hour 'Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)' programme and the 256-hour 'Practitioner Psychosomatologist' programme, helped me create Phoenix Method, which helps people understand bodily signals, emotions, recognise recurring life patterns, and transform their root causes. It also helps individuals feel calmer, resolve relationship issues, overcome self-realisation hurdles, and address financial, well-being, and other life difficulties.
The essence of the Phoenix Method is that once the primary root cause is identified and processed, change becomes inevitable.
The Phoenix Method is a proprietary transformation system combining next-generation psychosomatic principles, evidence-based EMDR methodology to help process traumatic experiences, subconscious work, and deep transformation principles.
Since ancient times, the phoenix has symbolised rebirth. It is a mythical bird that burns and rises from the ashes, renewed and strengthened. 'To rise like a phoenix from the ashes' is an expression meaning recovery after a crisis or a difficult period.
This is precisely the process that takes place within a person when they break free from old traumatic experiences, limiting beliefs, and recurring life patterns.
I developed the proprietary Phoenix Method to bring together what has proven most effective in my practice – subconscious work, psychosomatic principles, trauma transformation, and EMDR therapy. This method helps recognise recurring life patterns, transform their primary emotional causes, and cultivate greater inner peace, conscious choices, and a renewed life.
The Phoenix Method is the path towards this change.
If you feel that the time has come not only to understand, but to genuinely change your life, I invite you to join me for a consultation or seminar!

Stages of the Phoenix Method
Stage 1 – THE PHOENIX MIRROR – The Signal
Every change begins with a signal.
This can include: physical symptoms, emotional fatigue, recurring relationship or life scenarios, inner dissatisfaction with life, and more.
Psychosomatics shows that the body often serves as a strong indicator that processes we do not yet understand are occurring within.
Stage 2 – THE PHOENIX SPARK – Finding the Root Cause
In this stage, recurring life patterns and their underlying causes are identified.
The following are analysed: life scenarios, emotional experiences, subconscious reactions, and the connection between body and emotions.
This makes it possible to see why certain situations keep repeating in life. The root cause of the problem is identified.
Stage 3 – PHOENIX FIRE – processing – transformation
In this stage, active work begins with emotional experiences and reactions. The methods used (EMDR and other psychosomatic techniques) help to: transform emotional blocks, reduce the impact of traumatic experiences, stabilise the nervous and other bodily systems, and alter subconscious reactions. Old patterns of thinking and the old "self" begin to "burn" in the fire of the Phoenix method, which acts as a transformer.
Stage 4 – PHOENIX REBIRTH – inner shift
This is the stage where genuine inner change begins to take shape.
The metaphor of the Phoenix symbolises rebirth.
When old patterns are transformed, a person begins to react differently to life situations, build healthier relationships, make new decisions, and feel more stable and aware. The new "self" is born.
Stage 5 – PHOENIX FLIGHT – a new life script
The new "self" is not yet firm and resilient. The Phoenix is only just learning to fly, so it requires support and practice. At this stage, work is carried out methodically and consistently over a period of time to ensure that old life patterns do not return and the new ones become firmly established. This is a profound change, where the individual begins to live differently every day and no longer reverts to old scenarios.
The Phoenix Method process
Identifying the problem
Finding the root cause
Processing trauma and emotional experiences
Using EMDR and other psychosomatic methods, the nervous system is given the opportunity to process what has remained unintegrated for a long time.
Releasing the body and emotions
As internal processes change, bodily reactions change as well. Tension decreases, giving way to greater calm, safety, and clarity.
Integrating the new state
It is important not only to let go of old patterns, but also to strengthen a new relationship with yourself, other people, and life.
