About me

Jolanta Šindeikienė

“My path is from experience into depth”.

Today, I invite you to take another step towards a deeper understanding of yourself, inner peace, and a life with more balance, clarity, and genuine, profound change. All of this brings more happiness, joy, peace, abundance, and love.

I am Jolanta Šindeikienė – a medically trained expert in psychosomatics and deep transformation, and the author of the Phoenix Method.

For 15 years, I have been working with people looking for answers as to why certain situations repeat in their lives, why they cannot break free from anxiety, relationship difficulties, or inner conflicts, and why the body sends signals that can no longer be ignored.

I began my professional path as a medical doctor more than 30 years ago. Later, I also explored Eastern medicine. It was then that I learned to see a person not through separate symptoms, but as a complete, holistic system. I realised that many problems cannot be explained solely by physical processes. Behind bodily symptoms often lie emotional experiences, unresolved conflicts, long-term stress, or traumatic events.

This understanding led me to delve into psychosomatics, working with the subconscious mind, and trauma transformation methods. I searched for ways that would help not only understand the problem, but also achieve true, long-lasting change.

Over many years of practice, I have become convinced that knowledge alone is often not enough. A person can fully understand why they struggle to trust themselves or build relationships, yet still repeat the same life scenarios. Therefore, in my work, I focus primarily not on the symptoms, but on the root causes behind them.

Eight years of medical studies at university taught me to view the processes occurring in the human body seriously and responsibly. I searched for techniques that could not only explain the deep mechanisms of interaction between emotions and the physical body, but also alter established negative connections.

700 hours of professional development in psychosomatics and EMDR programmes provided effective tools for working with the human subconscious.

When the root cause is found and transformed, life begins to change. A person's relationship with themselves, with other people, with their body, and with life in general transforms.

Medical education

It is precisely from this experience that The Phoenix Method was born – a transformation system that brings together the principles of next-generation psychosomatics, the scientifically proven EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) technique, subconscious work, and deep transformation principles.

Even after the most difficult stages of life, everyone has the opportunity to rise again, reclaim their inner peace, and start a new life. I believe that change begins not when we fight against ourselves, but when we begin to understand and transform ourselves.

In my practice, I have had numerous cases where I was able to help people effectively: phobias disappeared, relationships were saved, a person forgave their mother or father, new directions for self-realisation were found, mindsets changed, anxiety and fear decreased, well-being improved after bereavement, and more.

During a consultation, I help quickly and effectively replace negative beliefs about oneself with positive ones, stop automatic reactions, and achieve genuine internal change. This unlocks a person's true resources and creative potential.
If you feel that the time has come to look deeper into the underlying reasons of your life and discover new opportunities, I invite you to meet for a consultation or at workshops.
